Selected for the prestigious inaugural cohort of the ICAA London and officially licensed to act as a Tribunal Assistant. In this capacity, I provide high-level support to arbitral tribunals in complex international commercial disputes.

Spearheading claim and contract management for major German EPCI projects (> €1 billion), including A-Nord, BolWin 4 and DolWin 4, LanWin3, NordOstLink. I navigate complex FIDIC-based international contracts and EU/German public procurement regulations (Vergaberecht), working directly with key European Transmission System Operators.

Managed the legal frameworks for large-scale Fttx (Optic Fiber) public procurement projects. My work centered on German Construction Law (VOB) and national contract management, ensuring strict regulatory compliance and streamlined procurement workflows for digital infrastructure rollouts.

Managed procedural frameworks for international commercial arbitrations, including ICC and CIAC proceedings. My responsibilities included assisting with award drafting, managing joinder procedures, and organizing hearing logistics, deepening my expertise in cross-border dispute resolution.

Represented my university at the prestigious 25th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Concurrently, I served as a Research Assistant contributing to international publications on construction delay and disruption, building a robust foundation in complex litigation and ADR.

Global AI Regulation: Authored comparative analyses on EU AI regulation and its application to specific national strategies (e.g., Uzbekistan). IP & Tech in Brazil: Published an essay (ISBN: 978-65-00-96305-2) on the impact of AI on Brazilian Intellectual Property Law from the perspective of German legal literature and case law. Fundamental Rights & Digital Revolution: Contributed a book chapter (2024, ISBN: 978-65-270-2027-1) regarding the horizontal effect of fundamental rights on tech giants like Facebook and Google. International Speaker: Presented research on the "Impact of the 4th Industrial Revolution on Fundamental Rights" and "Democratic Rule of Law in the Digital Age" at international seminars in Brazil. Research Assistant: Dealing with Delay and Disruption on Construction Projects (Sweet and Maxwell, 2020).
